I have a problem and want to ask a GM for help. Who deals with what, and who can i contact?

How can i change my account password or other settings?

On the left navigation bar, follow the link "Login", then login with your account and current password, and you will land on the account overview page, there is a direct link to the password change page.
When you are logged in, there is also a link to password change in the left navigation bar.

I cheated and was banned, any chance to get unbanned?

Not really.

Can i get items for donation/voting?

We don't accept donations. Use the money to get drunk or whatever, or spend it for something *useful*. Voting for Project Eden is up to you, its nice of you if you vote regularly, but you dont get anything from it.
This sums up to: Get your items in game, like it is supposed to be.

Can i get Vip/GM? Do i have to send an application?

No thanks, our GMs are chosen after they have to be proven to be good and trustable as players. If you have the chance to be GM, you will be asked by us.
Don't bother to send an application.

The same applies for VIP status, if we think you are suitable, you will get a message from us. Don't ask for it.

Can i transfer characters from one account to another?

Since this has been abused a lot in the past by account scammers, we don't do this anymore without a good reason. Send a message to False.Genesis if you really need it.

What about transferring characters from other servers?

We transfer characters from retail only - all info you need to have your char copied can be found on the Special Offer page.
